At Rozen Blozen, every order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are handmade, scented, decorative, fragile, or prepared as gifts, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Online Purchases and Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase a product online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, provided that the product is eligible for return and is returned unused, unopened where applicable, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

- Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, custom-order, and product-quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Used candles or wax melts
- Opened, burned, melted, damaged, or handled products
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
- Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products
- Flower boxes, arrangements, or gift sets prepared specifically for the customer
- Products damaged after delivery due to heat, sunlight, misuse, incorrect storage, or improper handling
- Products returned without proof of purchase
- Products returned without prior approval from Rozen Blozen
- Custom and Personalised Products
Custom, personalised, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once preparation has started, unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
This includes custom flower boxes, personalised gifts, special arrangements, custom colours, names, messages, packaging, or any item prepared according to customer instructions.
- Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refund processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty, damaged before delivery, or incorrect due to our error.

- Refused or Failed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect information, was unavailable, refused delivery, or failed to collect the order, Rozen Blozen may charge additional delivery or handling fees. Refunds in such cases may be refused or reduced to cover costs, where permitted by law.
